DATA STORAGE LOCATION

We are Estonia based company and operate web servers hosted in Zagreb/Croatia and Nuremberg/Germany. Our server provider adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield”, ensuring that your data is securely stored and GDPR compliant.

If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. PURCHASE DATA

To receive service/product support, you have to purchase one or more services from our company. Outside of services agreed in offer we don’t provide teaching how to use internet, web, email services…

SUPPORT DATA

Only the data you explicitly provided is sent, and you are asked for consent, each time you want to create a new support ticket. CONTACT FORM

When you submitte information trought the contact form on our site at page CONTACT it will be sent to our CRM data procesing partner HubSpot and sent to our company email server at Google.
And also record the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.
